# Mon application ou ma carte de recharge est refusée

Trois causes possibles :

1. Un impayé sur votre compte Le Plein (vérifiez dans l'application)
2. Échec de pré-autorisation (fonds insuffisants ou plafond atteint)
3. Carte Le Plein ancienne au format FR-TPD incompatible
4. Carte de recharge tierce non prise en compte ou bloquée

Que faire ?

* Vérifiez dans l'application s'il y a un paiement en attente.
* Essayez un autre moyen de paiement (CB sans contact, QR code).
